3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by FairRock Quincy Concrete are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if the scope of work changes. Any changes to pricing will be discussed with you before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. You are responsible for any costs incurred in collecting past due amounts.

5. Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to the project schedule. FairRock Quincy Concrete is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service provided and will be specified in your service agreement. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work site and for relocating any personal property, vehicles, or obstacles that may interfere with our work. You must also ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including the location of underground utilities and any known site conditions that may affect the work.

8. Limitation of Liability

FairRock Quincy Concrete is fully licensed and insured. However, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

9. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs. Changes to the scope of work during the project may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

10. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises from our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Most issues can be addressed through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
